MacSystems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the MacSystems AI Assistant service.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to Request a Refund
All payments for MacSystems are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle.
To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team at MacSystemsCo26@gmail.com and we’ll help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. It typically takes 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. If you cancel within the 30-day window, you may also request a refund of your most recent payment.
