Welcome to MacSystems AI Assistant (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including our AI-powered email assistant (the “Service”).

MacSystems AI Assistant provides an AI-powered tool that:

  • Reads incoming emails
  • Drafts suggested responses
  • Assists with email communication workflows

Users may review and approve responses before sending. Future features may allow optional automation of sending emails.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms, including:

  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Other email providers

By using these integrations, you grant us permission to access and process your email data solely to provide the Service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages
  • Changes in third-party APIs or policies

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email responses.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • The Service does not guarantee correctness or reliability
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MacSystems AI Assistant shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Business losses, lost profits, or reputational harm
  • Errors or actions resulting from AI-generated content

Our total liability is limited to $0.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Data and Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • We store and process your email data to provide functionality
  • Your data may be used to improve our AI systems

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Always available

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellations must be handled through your account billing page or through the Paddle customer portal.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MacSystems AI Assistant from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Any content sent using the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

You waive your right to:

  • Jury trials
  • Class action lawsuits

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
